Yep, I am committed now, no backing out. I have officially entered the Honey and Yoghurt Cake in the Perth Royal Show. Yikes!
My darling daughter thinks I am going to win a HUGE trophy. Didn't have the heart to tell her that even if I win (which I doubt), all I will get is a certificate - which I will frame and hang in my kitchen LOL.
